It’s amazing when you arrive somewhere, and everything works perfectly! That’s what I felt in the 2 days that I stayed in this hotel. Very clean room! Very nice breakfast! The staff was absolutely helpful! The room is quite big! No problem with the shuttle service. I could say Excellent!

My fiancé and I stayed here in May and just loved the hotel. The rooms and lobby were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and muffins. The rooms were nice and large with decent linens. Noise wasn't bad. We had no complaints--it was just wonderful!! Great deal!!

We were traveling in Fl and needed to stop for the night. We spotted the Best Western and decided to stay. The Motel is very will kept and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast was great for the price also. If I ever in Jacksonville again I will surely stay at this Best Western.

This was a last minute decision since we were originally booked at a hotel across the street for more than double what we paid at the Best Western. We glanced across the street and noticed that the BW looked much more nicely manicured than most we had seen.

This low-cost hotel excels beyond it's class. Tthe rooms are great and well-appointed. Loved the fridge/microwave combo. Perfect showers were always hot. Beds were quite comfortable.#1 best feature? The staff. Kudos to them. Friendly and helpful to the nth degree.

My husband and I, along with 10 members of his family, just stayed at this hotel prior to leaving on a cruise. For the value and location, this is a good hotel. It's not even 2 miles from Jacksonville's airport and about 10 miles from the cruise terminal.

The hotel room with a King Bed was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary comforts, e.g, hair dryer, iron and full size ironing board, 5 or 6 pillows for reading in bed, luggage rack, a lap desk for writing, etc.
